Overview
How Konsaro protects board materials and who can see them.
Board materials are some of the most confidential documents a company has. This section explains, in plain terms, how Konsaro keeps them where they belong and who can reach them. It is written for directors and board offices; IT, data protection and procurement teams find the full details in the Trust Center on konsaro.com.
At a glance
- Board data, uploaded documents and sign-in data are stored in Zurich, Switzerland. The application runs on servers in Germany.
- Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and encrypted at rest by our hosting provider.
- Access follows roles in each board or committee, enforced in the database, plus access lists on single papers and agenda items.
- Per paper, the board office can add a personal watermark, block printing or allow viewing only. Download links expire after one hour.
- Sign-ins, the first opening of each paper, downloads and data exports are recorded in an activity log that cannot be edited or deleted.
- AI runs in the EU with zero data retention and never trains AI models. Your organisation admin can ask us to switch it off at any time.
