1.What this policy covers
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device; local storage and session storage work in the same way. This policy covers both on konsaro.com, operated by Software Vision AG, Löwenstrasse 11, 8001 Zürich. How we handle personal data in general is explained in our Privacy Policy.
2.Legal bases
- Strictly necessary cookies and entries need no consent (Art. 45c TCA; Art. 5(3) ePrivacy Directive). We use them because the website needs them to work (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Website analytics run only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time (section 6).

4.Website analytics (only with your consent)
If you allow analytics, we measure how this website is used: pages visited, clicks, scrolling, time on page, video progress and which forms are started or sent (never what you type), as well as click and scroll maps. We record no replay of your visit. On a personal invitation page, this activity is linked to you as the invited person (see Privacy Policy, section 7).
The data stays on our own systems and with our hosting providers; no analytics or advertising company receives it. We keep it for at most 14 months. If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control” signal, analytics do not run.

5.Content from other providers
Some pages show an audio or video player from another provider, such as Spotify. When it loads, the provider receives your IP address and may set its own cookies; its own privacy policy applies. You can block third-party cookies in your browser settings.
6.Your choices
You can allow or reject analytics, and change your choice at any time, with the button below. If you reject, we remove the analytics identifiers and collect no further data. To have past analytics data deleted, write to info@softwarevision.ch.
7.Changes and contact
