Governance rooms
Board, executive board, audit and other committees. The plan includes a set number of rooms and members, at a flat price. Each extra governance member costs CHF 20 per month.
Team spaces
The finance team that prepares the board book, the legal team, a steering committee. Each person in a team space is one seat: CHF 9 on Essentials, CHF 15 on Business, volume pricing on Enterprise.
A person pays once
Members of a governance room get their team seat for free. Read-only guests, such as auditors, presenters and counsel, are always free.
Formal decisions stay in governance rooms
Resolutions, circular resolutions, signed minutes and the decision register are only available in governance rooms. Team spaces cover meetings, documents, minutes and tasks.

Is the Free plan really free, and for how long?
Yes, for as long as you like, with no credit card. It covers one board with up to 5 members, unlimited meetings, a 12-month archive and 1 GB of documents. Exports carry a small “Made with Konsaro” line.
What happens when the Business trial ends?
You choose a plan or stay on Free. Nothing is deleted: rooms, members, older meetings and documents above the Free limits become read-only until you upgrade.
Who counts as a member, and who needs a seat?
Members of governance rooms (board, executive board, committees) are included in the plan. People who only work in team spaces need a team seat. A person pays once, and read-only guests such as auditors are always free.
Where is our board data stored?
In Zürich, Switzerland. Application servers run in Germany. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest by our hosting provider.
How do the AI copilots handle confidential material?
AI runs in the EU, with zero data retention. Board material is not used for training, and the board office reviews every draft before it is shared.
Does it work with single sign-on?
Yes. Microsoft sign-in (SSO) is included in Business and Enterprise, and two-factor sign-in on every plan, including Free.
Which languages are available?
English and German.
