In short
- We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 at level AA. We publish this statement voluntarily.
- konsaro.com partially conforms today. The known gaps are listed in section 6.
- The Konsaro platform has not yet been formally assessed. Section 7 sets out what we know.
- If something does not work for you, write to info@softwarevision.ch. We will send you the content in another format.
1.Scope of this statement
This statement is published by Software Vision AG. It covers the website konsaro.com, including the blog, the help centre, downloads and personal invitation pages (/hello).
Content from other providers that we embed, such as podcast players, is outside our control.
The Konsaro platform at app.konsaro.com is not covered by sections 2 to 6. Section 7 explains what we know about it.
2.Standard we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.2) at level AA. This includes the requirements of WCAG 2.1 level AA, which the European standard EN 301 549 refers to for web content.
We publish this statement voluntarily. konsaro.com is aimed at business customers, and we are not aware of a legal obligation to publish such a statement for it.
3.Conformance status
konsaro.com partially conforms with WCAG 2.2 level AA. This means that some parts of the website do not yet fully meet the standard. The known exceptions are listed in section 6.
4.How we assessed the website
This statement is based on a self-assessment by our own team, mainly a review of the website’s code. We last reviewed it on 29 October 2026. No external audit has been carried out yet.
We plan to review this statement at least once a year, and when we make major changes to the website.
5.What we have built in
- Most of the website can be used with a keyboard. On most elements, keyboard focus is shown with a visible outline.
- You can zoom pages in your browser. We do not block zooming.
- Animations are reduced when “reduce motion” is turned on in your device settings.
- Images that carry information have text alternatives. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Pages are marked with their language (English or German).
- Most pages have a “Skip to content” link that takes you straight to the main content.
- Form fields have labels.
6.Known limitations
These parts of the website do not yet meet WCAG 2.2 level AA:
- Some smaller grey text and some error messages do not have enough colour contrast.
- The customer stories on the home page and the customers page change automatically and show a looping video. They stop changing while the pointer is over them or keyboard focus is inside them, but there is no pause button yet. With “reduce motion” turned on, they do not change automatically and the video is hidden.
- Error messages in the demo, contact and download forms are not yet announced by screen readers.
- In the mobile menu and some pop-up windows, keyboard focus is not yet moved into the window or kept there, and Escape does not close every window. Some controls, such as certain search fields and filters, show keyboard focus only faintly.
- The interactive product demos are not fully usable with a keyboard or a screen reader.
- Our downloadable PDF documents are not yet tagged for screen readers. On request, we will send you the content as an editable Word document or as plain text.
- Personal videos on invitation pages have no captions, and podcast episodes have no transcripts. On request, we will send you a written summary.
- Personal invitation pages do not yet have a “Skip to content” link. Their language marking may follow your browser settings rather than the language of the page.
We are working on fixing these limitations. Until then, if any of them prevents you from using content, contact us as described in section 8 and we will provide the content in another format.
7.The Konsaro platform
The Konsaro platform at app.konsaro.com is a service for business customers. It has not yet been formally assessed against WCAG.
We build it with keyboard use in mind. It has a “Skip to main content” link. Menus, tabs and dialogs are designed to work with the arrow keys and Escape. It respects the “reduce motion” setting.
- The platform’s user interface is in English only. The sign-in pages are also available in German, French, Italian, Dutch and Swedish.
- Automatic browser translation is switched off in the platform.
- PDF documents that the platform creates, such as minutes and meeting books, are not tagged for screen readers.
- How accessible uploaded board papers are depends on the documents themselves.
If your organisation needs more information about the platform’s accessibility, for example for a procurement process, please contact us. We will tell you what we know.
8.Feedback and contact
If you come across a barrier or need content in another format, email info@softwarevision.ch. Please tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, and which device, browser or assistive technology you use.
We aim to reply within 10 working days. If we cannot remove a barrier quickly, we will provide the content to you in another way.
