ERE is a holding with several boards and leadership teams below it. It needed one meeting system for every level instead of a different PDF routine at each. With Konsaro, all of these meetings run in one workspace, each with its own current board book and its own record of decisions.
Who is ERE?
ERE is a holding. Its job is to hold and manage participations, with the usual holding functions: central management, controlling, financing and strategic leadership. Below it sit several boards and leadership teams. Directors often sit on more than one of them, and decisions move both up and down.
Why did every level need the same meeting system?
Before Konsaro, each level prepared its materials its own way. The board book for the top level lived in one email thread, a subsidiary board used another folder, a leadership team sent a third set, and someone updated the deck the night before and forwarded it again. People who sat at several levels kept asking which PDF belonged to which meeting, and whether it was current. Follow-ups from different levels mixed until ownership blurred.
How does ERE organise its boards in Konsaro?
ERE runs all of these meetings in a single Konsaro workspace, with the right board book for each:
- The top board opens its own board book: capital, participations and strategy.
- Subsidiary boards open their own current materials.
- Leadership teams bring their topics into their meetings without rebuilding attachments for every board.
- Every board and team follows the same rhythm: prepare, meet, follow up.
Directors with several roles see which meeting they are in, and which board the board book belongs to, before they open it.
How do follow-ups stay with the right level?
Decisions and owners are recorded in the meeting where they were made. A top-level action does not get lost in a subsidiary thread, and a subsidiary follow-up does not disappear into someone else's inbox. Each board book is prepared once and updated in place.
What does one workspace change for a holding?
Each meeting spends more time on substance, such as where to invest, what a subsidiary needs next and which risk belongs on the top-level agenda, and less on version archaeology. Konsaro did not replace the structure. It gave every level of it the same discipline.
