Fits the stack you already run.
Directors sign in with the company login, meetings land in their calendar, and your administrators decide who has an account.
How it connects
Your tools around the meeting. The papers stay in Konsaro.
Konsaro connects to your Microsoft sign-in and your calendar. Invites carry the time and a link, never the board book itself.
01 · Sign in
One company login. No extra password for the board.
Directors and the board office sign in with your organisation's Microsoft account. Users set up a second factor with an authenticator app or SMS code.
- Company single sign-onSign in with your organisation's Microsoft account (Microsoft Entra ID).
- Two-factor authenticationUsers set it up with an authenticator app or SMS code. Administrators can require a second factor for sign-in by email link.
- Idle sessions endAdministrators can end inactive sessions automatically, for example after 30 minutes.
02 · Provision
Administrators decide who has an account.
Administrators invite members to Konsaro. Someone joins the board, and the invitation brings them in. Someone leaves, and the administrator removes their access.
- Ready before the first meetingNew members get an invitation by email before the first meeting.
- One member listNames, email addresses and roles are kept in the organisation settings.
- Leavers lose accessRemove someone from the organisation and they can no longer open its papers.
03 · Schedule
The meeting is in every calendar, with a link back to Konsaro.
Meeting times sync to each member's calendar. The invite brings a way back into Konsaro, not a PDF.
- Calendar syncBoard and committee meetings appear in the calendar each member already uses.
- Your own call detailsAdd your own video call details to the meeting. A built-in Microsoft Teams join link is coming soon.
- No papers in the inviteThe invite carries the time and a link. The board book stays in Konsaro, behind sign-in.
04 · Review
IT can review it without learning a new stack.
Sign-ins and account changes land in one audit log. Export it for your own reviews, and ask for the security review pack when procurement starts.
- One audit logSign-ins, invitations and access changes are recorded in one place.
- Export on demandTake the log to internal audit or into your own archive.
- Security review packControls, subprocessors, and hosting details, ready for your questionnaire.
